CONTROL VALVE

Globe Valve

Globe Valve has spherical shape on body, center of valve inlet and outlet lines in straight and has 'S' shape inside the body.

  • Most commonly utilize in control valves.
  • It can be applicable to high temperature and pressure, and to low-noise service. It also be available for cavitation/flashing conditions.
  • Flow characteristic will be available for linear, EQ%, quick opening, etc. depends on shape of plug.

Angle Type Valves

 The center line of inlet and outlet of Angle Type Valve intersect horizontally and flow direction turns to 90 degree.

  • Application for this valve is to make smooth flow due by its construction(for high viscosity fluids, high density slurry, etc.)
  • It complies with high temperature, high pressure, low noise application and also cavitation/flashing conditions.
  • It applies in order for the connection piping to be installed in vertical position.

Butterfly Valves

Butterfly valve has a disc which rotate on a valve shaft and control the flow.

  • Has economical advantage because of its simple structure and large capacity.
  • A resilient seated valve is available with high anti-erosion ability.
  • Possible to provide low leakage rate.
  • Applicable either as a control or On-Off valve.

Actuators

The principle part, equivalent to the valve body, of the control valve is an actuator. Either globe type or rotary type valve requires the actuator which precisely working by input signal. A spring return diaphragm type actuator is the principle product and cylinder or electrical type are also available.

SPECIAL APPLICATION VALVE

Special application valves shall be complied with individual specification, such as anti-erosion, anti-corrosion or application, where to be mounted, etc. Especially, the bottling valve have been valued as a valve to be installed in a sampling system.
